At Pinnacle and at our parent company, Redemption Plus, we believe in a high level of ethical responsibility to our customers. Many consultants operate with their own self interest first, giving a bad name to the profession. We believe that the client is paying us to represent their interest. Our success is based on putting the client first and specifically by leveraging our knowledge and relationships on behalf of the client. All of our Consulting Agreements contain the following language:
Consultant represents and warrants to Client that it has the experience and skill to perform the services required to be performed by Consultant hereunder, and that Consultant shall do so in compliance with all applicable laws, and in the most expeditious and economical manner consistent with the best interests of Client. Consultant warrants that it shall not receive any financial benefit from any third party in connection with Consultant's work on behalf of Client, without first disclosing such benefit, if any, to Client and receiving Client's written approval.
Consultant acknowledges that Consultant may have access
to knowledge, material, data, systems, and other information (hereinafter
collectively referred to as "Knowledge") concerning Client's business
and operations or that of its affiliated companies, and/or of third parties
with which Consultant may have been placed in contact by Client and pertaining
to projects on which Consultant is working pursuant to this Agreement,
which Knowledge may not be accessible or known to the general public.
Consultant agrees to treat all such knowledge as confidential and not
to use or divulge such Knowledge to other without Client's prior permission
to Consultant. In addition, Consultant shall not divulge the Work to a
third party unless and until the Work has been made public by Client or
Client has given permission. The provisions of this paragraph shall survive
the expiration or sooner termination of this Agreement.
Pinnacle, as a division of Redemption Plus, also operates under the company's
Operating Principles, as follows:
Redemption Plus seeks to be an uncommon company with which to work and
be associated. In order to be considered an uncommon company, we must
hold strong core values and principles. We will be judged not only on
our results, but also on how we go about accomplishing those results.
The following represents the core values and principles that anyone associated
with Redemption Plus is expected to share and for which we all are held
accountable:
Integrity
We always do the right thing, that which is fair, honest and honorable
even if it sets back our goals. We pride ourselves for not ever letting
anyone, including ourselves, cause us to give it away.
The customer is the driving force
Each and every time we have contact with a customer, that customer must
walk away saying “wow, what a great company.” We must not just give good
customer service, but the very best customer service. We value input from
our customers. We must have a passion for pleasing - serving our customers.
Take 100% Responsibility
We must all be responsible for our actions.
Trust Each Other
Trust is the cornerstone of successful relationships and communication.
We must be continually building and honoring trust within all interactions.
Build On People’s Strengths
We continually help people find and develop their personal strengths.
Openness
We encourage directness and candor, participation and challenge - up,
down or sideways. No employee can be limited from sharing their hearts,
minds and opinions in our organization.
Leadership
We seek to build leaders who encourage, not control; who are accountable,
not blameful; who seek results, not credit.
Change
We will not be stagnant. We will change, update and innovate as we continue
to grow ourselves and our business.
Confidence
Get it, keep it, and give it to others.
Sense of Urgency
We understand that when a customer has a need, time is everything. Therefore,
we will perform our job with a sense of urgency. Since all employees are
empowered to satisfy every customer, every time, typical response times
are greatly reduced.
Flexibility
We strive to understand that the business environment changes along with
customer needs and internal systems. Therefore, we focus on building a
company that is flexible to changing consumer likes and dislikes.
Have Fun
If you enjoy what you do, then you will never have to go to work again.
We challenge people to be driven enough to achieve results and human enough
to have some fun doing it.
Our goal is to encourage and develop people who are strong enough to share
in our goals, values and basic operating principles. Our success is in
direct proportion to our adherence to these basic principles. Make sure
that you are holding us accountable!
